Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 3, 2026

By using the Ancore OS web application ("Service"), which is operated and developed by PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (formerly registered as PARD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING LIMITED since 2017), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Effective August 4, 2026, the corporate entity updated its official legal name to PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Please read these terms carefully before connecting store APIs.

1. License Grant and Accounts

Ancore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You must provide a valid email and connect authentic Shopify Admin keys to activate the Service. You are solely responsible for protecting password access.

2. Customer Data and API Access

You authorize Ancore to access the read-only Shopify Admin API scopes shown during installation and to inspect publicly available storefront pages. Paid Beta does not request access to Google Merchant Center feeds. You represent that you own or possess legal authorization for the connected store and retain ownership of its data.

3. Disclaimer of Writeback Liability

During the Paid Beta, Ancore provides scan findings and manual remediation instructions. It does not automatically commit product, theme, policy, or catalog changes to Shopify.

You remain responsible for reviewing and applying changes in Shopify. A verification receipt means only that a supported Ancore rule was no longer detected during the recorded re-scan; it is not a guarantee of platform approval, rankings, traffic, or revenue.

4. Subscription and Billing (Stripe)

Paid plans and store limits require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal; refunds are handled according to the policy shown at purchase and applicable law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API sync connections if you violate these terms, Shopify Terms of Service, or Google Merchant policy guidelines.
