Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 3, 2026

Ancore OS is operated and developed by PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (formerly registered as PARD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING LIMITED since 2017) ("we", "us", or "our"). Effective August 4, 2026, the operating legal entity name was updated to PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. This policy details how we collect, safeguard, and use merchant data obtained from connected Shopify stores and publicly observable storefront pages.

1. Information Collection and API Scopes

To perform automated audit compliance, Ancore connects to third-party services using securely stored developer API keys. We request and store the following minimum authorization scopes:

  • Shopify Admin API: We collect product catalog metadata, including product titles, descriptions, redirects, sitemaps, and media image alt strings.
  • Merchant readiness evidence: During Paid Beta, we analyze observable store and storefront information. We do not connect to or ingest data from the Google Merchant Center API.

2. Data Security & Storage

New Shopify connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage. Application data is isolated through Supabase Row-Level Security policies tied to the authenticated account that owns each store.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain metadata audit logs to construct weekly insights reports and progress scores. If you disconnect your store or request account deletion, all offline access tokens, product cache snapshots, and weekly reports are permanently deleted from our database tables within 48 hours.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy to align with revised API terms of Shopify or Google Merchant Center. Users will be notified of major policy adjustments via email.
