Ancore ranks reproducible findings by severity, affected resources, and the likely operational consequence. The Paid Beta does not invent dollar-loss estimates; it shows the evidence available from Shopify, the storefront, and connected sources so you can decide what to fix first.

Does Ancore's monitoring affect my Shopify store loading speed?

Accepted Answer

No. Unlike heavy storefront widgets, Ancore performs all audits server-to-server via Shopify API endpoints. We do not inject heavy Javascript codes or tracking pixels onto your frontend store theme, ensuring 0% impact on your Google PageSpeed scores.

How does the Shopify API sync work? Is it safe for my store?

Ancore connects through Shopify OAuth and requests the read access needed for Paid Beta scans. It does not automatically write product or theme changes. You make the change in Shopify, then ask Ancore to re-check it.

What is the difference between AUTO and MANUAL fixes?

Accepted Answer

Paid Beta tasks are manual. Ancore provides evidence and instructions, but the merchant makes the source change in Shopify. The task is only marked verified after a new scan no longer detects the rule.

Can I roll back an automated fix if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

The Paid Beta does not automatically write fixes to Shopify. Ancore provides instructions, records that you submitted a fix, and then runs a new scan. Because Ancore does not make the source change, rollback remains in Shopify.

Why does Google Merchant Center suspend stores for "Policy Violations"?

Accepted Answer

Google's automated crawlers scan your store's footer, checkout, and product details. If they cannot find a structured, easily readable Return & Refund Policy, or if shipping/tax settings on the store mismatch the GMC feed, it triggers an automatic suspension. Ancore acts as an early warning system to find these issues before Google does.

What happens if Google Merchant Center rejects a product due to incomplete description?

When a connected feed is available, Ancore can flag descriptions that do not meet its documented completeness rule. Paid Beta does not claim to replace Google's decision and does not push generated descriptions live.

How does the White-label branding work for Agencies?

Accepted Answer

Under Settings, agencies can upload their own logo, agency name, custom theme colors, and custom report domains. When you generate weekly weekly digests for clients, all "Ancore" branding is stripped out, presenting a clean portal branded as your own agency.

How often does Ancore scan my Shopify store?

Accepted Answer

The production scheduler runs once every 24 hours. Active subscribers can also request a manual scan from the command center to re-check fixes against current Shopify and storefront evidence. Direct Google Merchant feed monitoring is not included in Paid Beta.
